INVITATION TO BID
YORK ADAMS TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY,
COUNTY OF LEBANON TRANSIT AUTHORITY, AND
BERKS AREA REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
BLEND OF 2% BIO-DIESEL AND 98% ULTRA-LOW SULFUR ON-HIGHWAY DIESEL FUEL
87 OCTANE GASOLINE
County of Lebanon Transit Authority (LT) as lead agency along with the York Adams Transportation Authority (YATA) and the Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority (BARTA) are soliciting bids from qualified vendors to supply: blend of two percent (2%) bio-diesel/ninety-eight percent (98%) ultra low sulfur on-highway diesel and 87-octane gasoline in bulk at YATA's facility located at 1230 Roosevelt Avenue in York, PA 17404 and 257 North Fourth Street, Gettysburg PA 17325, LT’s facility at 200 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA 17046 and BARTA’s facility located at 1700 N. 11th Street, Reading, PA 19604. Delivery to BARTA’s facility will be for the period beginning July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. Delivery to LT’s facility will be for the period beginning July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. Delivery to YATA's facility will be for the period beginning July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. Complete bid packages are available from LT.
Questions and Clarifications must be received at LT by 1:30 P.M., on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Fuel Bid”, no later than 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at the LT office located at 200 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA 17046 at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
